If you say it out loud it seems a mouthful of cookie. And so it is. But most of all, it is delicious! Oatmeal is a source of fiber. And our bakers managed to reduce sugar and fat and still create a wonderful cookie. Softer than a biscuit but most certainly not a mushy cake. Just a lovely texture with great taste, due to the chunks of real apple and a hint of cinnamon.

The same base as the Apple Cinnamon but more advanturous. This one stems from mr B.’s travels to the Orient. With pieces of real orange and spices that take you right to the tales of 1001 Night’s.
